That is what I tell my children when they ask me, "how do you know?"
And the best part is they believe me. And they will tell anyone who will listen that Moms really do know everything.
Two months ago I got a new calling, six months ago I got a new job. After talking with my mom about my stress load, and how these two things made it increase greatly. She said to me, "I think you are being prepared for something else that is going to require you to be very organized, and you're being prepared now to learn to balance your time".
I guess moms really do know everything....
Sunday I was set apart as our wards Young Women president.
This came as such a shock since we were all just called 2 months ago.
I think it was an even bigger shock to the new 1st counselor I called. She told the Bishop that she was 74, and way too old for this calling. Apparently the Lord disagreed.
I am counting on lots of help from Heavenly Father with this, I'm going to need it.

I'm kind of wishing they'd called a 74 year old to be the new counselor in my ward, too. Oh well....at least I can still get pg to get out of going to camp.

Congrats...it will be the most frustrating and most wonderful calling you have probably ever had.
At least it is for me.
