Since moving to Arizona 9 months ago, we have experienced a few things for the first time. One of them being our first dust storm. It was so amazing to see this big wall of dust roll into the valley. It was beautiful, and a little bit scary too. Not to mention the dust, that is now everywhere.
I found a few photos online that I thought really captured the storm.
And yay, Blooger actually let me add the pictures.
I hope you enjoy them.

Cool pics, Jane!
That is amazing! Did your house get hit by it?
Wow! (Also- Blooger? Lover it)! ;)
Yes our house got hit by it-- It freaked the kids out. We stayed indoors, I have heard that you can get sick from the dust. (mold underneath the dirt gets stired up)
Ack! Crazy! I need to go take some more Claritin just from looking at those pictures! lol

Whoa. I'm not sure what I would think of that. I lived in Arizona for awhile and never was lucky enough to experience s dust storm. Cool pictures, though.
Those pictures are amazing. Wow.
I'm really going to miss the dust storms and Monsoon season. They are SO neat! Take lots of pictures for me, please!
Our cars were plastered by that! The fun of living in AZ.
Crazy! That is wild!
That looks exciting! But I am a secret bad weather junkie! LOL
I am the fool driving around just after the tornado looking at all the damage.
YOU took these? Wow, they are great!! Scary, but cool!
Those pics are awesome! Glad you guys were ok.
Awesome pics! If I can get Scooter, my personal dust devil, to slow down for a minute, I will show them to him and get his professional amateur meteorologist opinion on how likely that was to turn into a tornado.
