This is the quilt I made for our family reunion. The quilt squares were my Grandma Dicksons, and after she died I inherited them. Tori and I sewed the squares and my mom helped me lay it all out and her and Aly helped tie it. Mom bound it for us. It is a very sturdy camping/picnic quilt. I loved that 4 generations helped make it.
We have a drawing for the quilt at each reunion, and whoever wins has to make the next one.

Kristie and Orrin got this quilt. I hope they enjoy it.
I will have to take a picture of the one that I got, it is beautiful and looks so nice on my bed. I just got it...it took a little longer to complete, but it is great!

Hi Jane...found your blog through Martha's and had a look. You had a great summer it looks like. I bet that trek was hard but so rewarding. Good job Ma!!!
What a LOVELY heirloom for your family. I know you worked hard on it, and it's beautiful!
It is beautiful, Jane. And what a gift to Tori to have the memories of getting to help make it!
